November 17 A quick view of riding bicycle rollersI am not good at riding rollers, however I’ve found them to be more comfortable and to keep my attention longer than normal trainers. Though I will admit to hating both it is a necessary evil when I can’t ride outside. I am gaining weight much easier in my old age. Just hanging at home November 15 Gotta just love watching the Patriots getting it handed to them!!!!The arrogant Brady, and the Asshole coach teamed up for a flurry of mistakes and terrible clock management to lose a sure victory!!

While on a bike ride this past weekend Dawn showed us how it was done with Gina. Go Dawn Go Gina… lol May 30 SaturdayHeading out today to ride 50 or so miles. Now if the rain agrees with me having a great day then all will be well.

Hey Kelly, I'm really enjoying your blog. Glad your having better weather. Rain finally stopped here. Karie and I rode a century today. We hooked up at CC Park, went out to Portage De Su, rode some of the Indian Crossing Century. I got 107 miles in. She was right at 100 I think.
